1924-D $20 St. Gaudens. PCGS graded MS-63. PQ. Lovely orange and gold toning. If not for some marks on either side, this coin would be a lock 64, which would make it considerably more valuable. This is a tough, tough date, even in this grade and finding anything better is a real test of time, patience, and money. PCGS reports 100 in this grade, 121 in MS-64, 3 in MS-65, and 1 in MS-66 (PCGS # 9178) .
