1800 S-205 R4 F15. Ten points sharper but there is a planchet crease through the top of ER in LIBERTY with a corresponding planchet fold at the ribbon end right of the fraction, as struck. In addition a small dent at the bottom of the first S in STATES was strong enough to leave a subtle bulge in the field under the lower end of the hair ribbon. Lightly cleaned and retoned a slightly glossy chocolate brown mixed with lighter chocolate and steel brown tones. M-LDS, Breen state II.
