1883. PCGS graded Proof 63 Cameo. A glittering untoned proof example. Only 979 coins struck for the year. A sharply struck example that has original surfaces and uncommonly well preserved appearance. The stars on the obverse are all needle-point sharp, as is the sheaf of wheat. Liberty’s gown lines are fully displayed. A wonderful Choice specimen of this elusive late-proof issue (PCGS # 87063) .
