1798 S-166 R1 Large 8, Style II Hair VF25. Misaligned Dies. Sharpness EF40 but there is some extremely faint roughness under the rather glossy dark steel and olive toning. No verdigris, but there is a faint scuff of hairline scratches on the portrait plus a couple rim nicks before the portrait and a long nick on the bust. M-LDS, Breen state V, with an irregular rim cud break over STA. Struck with the obverse misaligned to K-2.5 and the properly centered reverse rotated 35 degrees CCW relative to the normal head-to-foot die orientation.
