Lot 2221

1934-S Liberty Walking Half Dollar. PCGS graded MS-65. Well struck and white. A high degree of sprightly luster bounces to life on top of the sleek surface of this elusive S-mint half dollar. Sometimes soft at the centers, the opposite is found here: meticulous care was taken to make sure of a full strike on every device, including Liberty's hand and head, the eagle's breast plumage and leg. A lively gem, in other words, that will please just about everyone! Pop 200; 88 finer; 83 in 66; 5 in 67. (PCGS # 6594) .
Estimated Value $2,700 - 2,800.

Realized $3,450
