1825 Classic Head Half Cent. . C-1, R3. EF-45. Choice glossy medium brown with chocolate brown toning mottled onto the reverse. No contact marks and only very light wear on the highpoints. A small spot of darker toning on the right bottom of the 8 in the date helps identify this piece as the plate coin for Manley die state 2.0 in his book on half cents.
