Great Britain. Ryal or Rose-Noble, ND. S.1951; Fr-132. Edward IV, First Reign, 1461-1470. Light coinage. London mint. Obverse: King standing in ship bearing sword and shield, rose on ship's side, banner inscribed E at stern. Reverse Rose upon a sun in center of floriated cross. Small trefoils in spandrils. A very high grade example of this coin, with a strong portrait. Struck on a large round flan. NGC graded MS-63.
