1847 N-3 R3 Repunched Date VF25+. Choice glossy medium brown. The notable marks are a thin horizontal nick right of the eye and a dull rim nick at 84. Excellent eye appeal, very close to VF30. M-LDS, die state d (Newcomb's old #33). The repunching at the date is gone except for a remnant inside the top of the 8, and there are no rim cud breaks on the reverse. DWH #1286.
