1856 Quarter Dollar Octagonal Liberty. Breen and Gillio-111. Rarity 3. PCGS graded MS-65. Lovely golden toning with semi-reflective surfaces. Outstanding Gem. There are 13 sharply defined beads along the upper edge of Liberty's coronet. Not often do these show this plainly. Another of the small Liberty head types by A. Nouizillet, 1853-56. Pop 8; 3 finer in 66 (PCGS # 10380) .
