A Beautiful Smith & Wesson "Russian" 3rd Model 1874. 44 cal serial # 40070 matching throughout with bright factory nickel plating and near white ivory handles, 6½ inch barrel. Stamped 1874 and the serial number and a star on the butt with ring intact. Cylinder is clearly marked inside 7372 and is bright and fresh. This is one of the finest guns in this life-long collection. A wonderful Showpiece.
