1902 VAM-4 Top 100 Doubled Ear. PCGS graded MS-64. Ear strongly doubled at right outside and left inside. Hairline doubled just above ear and Liberty head profile doubled along nose, lips and chin. This is a surprisingly difficult VAM variety to find, especially in higher grades. The doubling is less evident than some other doubled ears but it is visible on even worn coins. Choice, lustrous coin. Pop 2; 1 finer in 65 (PCGS # 133966) .
Estimated Value $2,300 - 2,400.
