1861-S $20 Liberty. NGC graded AU-58. Lustrous surfaces with nice golden toning. A few light abrasions on the cheek, although the light brown lines seen in the color photo arises from hairlines on the NGC slab, not on the coin itself. (Several of the pieces from one consignment came to us in scruffy NGC or PCGS holders; we tried to photograph them as best we could, but bidders will understand that sometimes the lines and scratches on the holders just had to be there in the end photos.) Pop 93; 14 grade higher. (PCGS # 8935) .
