Stated catalog value is for hinged pairs, blocks and the premium for the plate variety, a very rare part pane of 90 from plate 9 with top and bottom sheet margins, position 10 shows the "earring" flaw, when separated for distribution to post offices the knife cut at a slight angle into the design at top right and left a wide center line straddle at bottom right, wonderfully fresh with 83 stamps never hinged, (the other seven hinge remnant), off-center as typically seen, V.G.-Fine.
