1796 S-88 R4. Good-4. Liberty Cap type. Slightly better on the obverse, weaker on the reverse. Covered with extremely fine roughness under dark chocolate and steel toning. A short scratch on the eyebrow and a minor rim bruise over BE are the only marks. A bit glossy but closer to matte in protected areas. The date is clear but portions of the reverse legend are weak or gone.
