1828 C-3 R1 PCGS graded MS63 Brown. 13-Star Obverse. Frosty steel brown with a hint of bluish steel overtone in the fields and peeps of faded mint red remaining on the obverse. The only marks are a few wisps of darker toning on both sides, the largest of these between stars 9 & 10. E-MDS, Manley state 2.0. Our grade is MS60. Housed in an old green-label PCGS holder.
