1802 S-231 R1 Stemless Wreath VG10. Sharpness VF20 but covered with microscopic roughness, mostly microscopic pitmarks. No verdigris, and the only notable contact marks are some thin nicks high on the neck. Slightly glossy dark steel blending to chocolate and olive brown, possibly cleaned and retoned. Not an especially attractive cent, but the details are clear, including the stemless wreath feature. M-LDS. Fine die cracks extend from TY into the field before the portrait.
