1801 S-221 R2 Corrected Fraction 100 over 000 VG10. Clipped Planchet. Sharpness VF30 but covered with light to moderate roughness under a slightly glossy dark olive and steel patina. The only marks are a small spot of lighter toning on the right edge of the second 1 in the date and a faint diagonal scratch on the top of the neck. EDS. The corrected fraction feature is clear. A curved planchet clip affects the dentils at K-9 on the obverse and the opposing ones at D-S on the reverse.
