1798 S-175 R3 Style II Hair with Small 8 VF25. Ten points sharper but coated with a thin layer of lacquer to protect the surfaces. The planchet is very smooth, free of any trace of corrosion or verdigris. The only notable marks are a few nicks in the field before the face, a dull dig at the feet of ICA, and another dull dent on the left side of the O in ONE. Very attractive glossy chocolate brown with frosty lighter steel brown in protected areas on the reverse. LDS, Breen state VI, with several die cracks on the reverse and a cud break connecting the U to the rim above.
