1891 Liberty Seated Quarter Dollar. NGC graded Proof 66 Cameo. A white gem. The high degree of frosted cameo relief distinguishes the silvery bright surfaces from others of this year which are less pulsating even though in technically similar grade. Collectors familiar with the seated quarter series will recognize this difference at once. Pop 10; 7 in 67 Cameo. 1 in 68 Cameo.
