1804 C-13 R1 Plain 4 without Stems. NGC graded MS-64 Brown. Frosty golden brown and light olive with traces of faded mint color on the reverse. A speck of dark toning in the field off the chin and a spot of dark toning hidden in the hair at the shoulder are the notable marks. EDS, Manley state 1.0, with the usual weak strike at LI in LIBERTY and the opposing dentils over UNITE. Our grade is MS60. PCGS population 33; 6 in 65BN, 2 in 66BN.
