1907 Indian Head Cent. PCGS graded Proof 66 Red with/Eagle Eye Photo Cert. Only 1,475 Proofs struck. Given the 1907 date, one might be forgiven for believing this to be a common issue. Far from it, full mint red examples in Proof, especially at the level we find here, are few and far between. The PCGS census clarifies things: Pop 15; 1 finer in 67. (PCGS # 2410) .
