1855 Liberty Seated Dime. NGC graded Arrows Proof 64. An outstanding specimen. Boldly struck with blazing creamy-white mirror surfaces. A sparkling near-gem Proof with light golden toning over well mirrored Proof surfaces. The Proof 1855 Arrows seated Liberty dime appears in auction slightly more than twice as often than the rarer 1854 Arrows, which is contrary to logic since it should really appear for sale even more frequently if its rarity were to truly predict its availability. There are possibly 30 Proofs of this date known. If you are desperate to own an early Proof, and one with consequence like the Arrows Type, don't give up the struggle but submit your bid today.
