Hendrix, Jimi (1942-1970) One of the most creative and influential musicians of the 20th century; he revolutionized the way the electric guitar is played. March 9, 1968 issue of Rolling Stone with a cover image of Hendrix, Signed "To Lee -- Stay Groovy / Jimi Hendrix" in blue ball point. The magazine is 16¾"x11" and has a two-page spread on Jimi inside. Toned overall, with folding wear at center fold, not affecting the signature. Accompanied by a used ticket from Hendrix' Aug. 16, 1968 concert at Merriweather Post Pavillion in Columbia, Maryland.
