Robinson, Jackie (1919-1972) Hall of Famer who integrated Major League Baseball when he joined the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1947. Christmas Card Signed "Jackie Robinson and Family," c. 1953. The toned card holds a 2½ x 3¼ in. photo of Robinson's wife Rachel, son Jackie Jr., daughter Sharon, and son David, who was born May 14, 1952, and seems to be about 1½ years old. Jackie Robinson, who is not pictured, signed in black ink on the matte which covers the photo.
