1803 S-261 R2+ Large Fraction. Fine-15. Five points sharper with too many light contract marks for the sharpness grade. A pair of tiny rim nicks over the E in LIBERTY and a fine scratch from the curl on the neck down to the drapery over the 3 in the date are the notable marks, and they are not distracting. Glossy steel brown and chocolate with traces of olive brown toning in protected areas. E-MDS, Breen state II. A fine die crack extends from the dentils between the 8 & 0 in the date up to the shoulder but goes no farther. DWH #3093.
