High grade FrBN $10s from the Dallas bank are very rare, and even this "red holder" PCGS note is likely to find an appreciative home. It has a few minor stains, but remains fully Uncirculated. The minor stains that appear on the reverse indicated the originality of this very rare Dallas note.
