1834 N-2 R1 Small 8 with Large Stars AU50. Sharpness very near mint state but there is a small patch of microscopic granularity at the 4 in the date and another at the junction of the neck and bust. Retoned frosty light olive and steel. Satiny luster shows in the protected areas on the reverse. Very sharply struck E-MDS. Short spikes extend from the dentils under the date and star 1 and a fine die crack connects the left foot of the first A in AMERICA to the leaf below. Doubling from die bounce shows on the nose, chin, and stars 11-13.
