To Paul Keyes, a television producer and close Nixon friend in California: "A few days ago a friend gave me a box of Havana cigars which he had purchased in London at a cost of approximately $1.00 each. / After trying one, I realized what a mess Castro could make even out of good Havana tobacco. Since you, however, are a better judge of cigars than I am, I am sending the box on to you with the hope that your evaluation of cigars under communism will not be as low as mine…." Extremely fine condition. Delightful content.
