Ancient Greece. Lot of Silver & Bronze Coins, 4th-2nd century BC. Two in silver: Aspendos, AR Stater, c. 400-370 BC.; Two wrestlers, ΔA below / Slinger right, triskeles (SNG France 3, 87). Also, Tarentum, AR Stater, c. 275-235 BC., rider crowning horse left / Taras on dolhin left, cock in field right (SNG ANS 1174ff.). Aspendos sharp, but usual flat strike. (Lastly, an AE32 mm. of Ptolemy V. Head of Isis (or Cleopatra I) right / Eagle left (Svor. 1233). A Choice Fine plus, with good brown surfaces. A scarcer coin. Lot of 3 coins. Staters average Very Fine.
