Stanwyck, Barbera. Famous actress of the 1930s, 40s, and 50s. Always the consummate professional, she was nominated for an Oscar five times. Cecil B. DeMille directed her only once in Paramount's Union Pacific (1939), but stated that she was his favorite actress.

Inscribed Vintage Photograph Signed. 10 x 13 1/2", sepia tone, circa 1930, By De Migrau, N.Y. A gorgeous, over the shoulder pose, rendered in soft focus.

Inscribed, "To Babe - sincere thanks for all your help and kindness during the 'The Locked Door,' gratefully Barbara Stanwyck", in dark blue ink. Babe was a popular hairdresser with the stars at Paramount.
