1871 Shield Nickel. PCGS graded MS-65. CAC Approved. Well struck and nicely toned. A beautiful silver-blue coin with no objectionable marks or spotting. As soon as one sees the booming luster, it comes as no surprise everything is razor-sharp on all devices as well. A scarcer date within the Shield Nickel series. Pop 28; 8 finer in 66 (PCGS # 3798) .
