Constantine I, the Great, AD 307-337. AR Miliarense (4.33 g) minted at Sirmium, AD 320-324. Bare head right of Constantine I. Reverse: Bare heads of Crispus and Constantine II facing one another. RIC 14. Very rare. Sharp detail with matte surfaces. Extremely Fine.

Likely struck in commemoration of the second consulship of Crispus and Constantine II in 321. This special issue with three portraits is always struck in base metal, of which this specimen has to be one of the finest known.
