Caracalla, AD 198-217. AE 27 (12.69g) minted at Nicopolis in Moesia Inferior, AD 201-204. By Aurelius Gallus. Laureate, draped, cuirassed bust right of young Caracalla. Reverse: Dionysus standing left, leaning on long scepter and dangling bunch of grapes over panther seated left. AMNG I 1549. Beautiful green patina. Extremely Fine.
