Great Britain. Halfpenny, 1838. P-1522; S.3949; KM-726. Victoria, 1837-1901. Obverse: Wyon's young portrait of Queen left. Reverse: Britannia with trident and shield. Struck in the first year of copper coin production during Victoria's reign, this is a scarce coin in high grade. Lots of original mint red luster over sharp unblemished detail. NGC graded MS-62 Red & Brown.
