1795 S-76b R1 Plain Edge. VF-20. Sharpness VF25 with a few contact marks, including a light rim bruise left of the bottom of the cap, a dull scuff in the dentils off the end of the pole, and a few light hairline scratches in the field under the cap and in the dentils left of the top of the cap. The surfaces are decent but not perfectly smooth as a strong glass reveals traces of extremely faint roughness in the fields and protected areas. Mostly glossy dark olive and lighter steel brown. The date and legends are bold. Nicely struck E-MDS.
