1853 N-14 R3 Repunched 1 VF35. Sharpness close to mint state but this cent was whizzed and retoned light olive and steel. The only mark is a planchet chip in the field between star 11 and the hair bun. MDS, die state c. The repunching under the upright of the 1 is clear and a narrow but clearly defined rim cud extends from between stars 11 & 12 down to between stars 12 & 13. Estimated Value $50-UP
