Bogart, Humphrey. Includes an 8 x10" glossy. (1899- 1957) Legendary actor who attained stardom in High Sierra (1941), The Maltese Falcon (1941), Casablanca (1942) and To Have and Have Not (1944), which marked the debut of Lauren Bacall, who became his fourth wife. He won an Oscar in 1951 for the African Queen.

Document Signed. Five pages, Folio, Los Angeles, CA, December 2, 1949. At the peak of his career, Humphrey signed this document, with several other Hollywood names, to dissolve the Capricorn Oil Company, of which he was a limited partner. Also signed by actor Dennis O'Keefe, sugar heir Adolph Spreckles, producer Jack Wrather, director John Huston, actor Van Heflin and others. Fully notarized and witnessed. Rusted staple on the last page has spread a stain through all pages, but does not affect text or signatures in any way.
Light age-toning. Fine.
