Lot 310

1826 N-5 R2 EF45. Double Profile. Sharpness near mint state but there is a faint, old pin scratch from the dentils above star 6 to the dentils at star 13 and another from the top of the reverse to the bottom. The scratches blend perfectly into the attractive lustrous chocolate brown and steel toning and are easy to miss. Otherwise this cent is choice. MDS with a rim cud at star 6. A double profile shows from the tip of the coronet down to the chin and on stars 3-13, all caused by die bounce. Estimated Value $300-UP
