1793 S-13 R4- Liberty Cap. Fair-2. Dark steel and olive with chocolate highpoints. The surfaces are slightly rough and there are some old pinscratches down the portrait, but there is no verdigris. The date is weak but readable, as is the majority of the legend on both sides. There isn't much left to recommend this piece, but there is more than enough detail to attribute it as the S-13 variety, and it is a good filler for the elusive 1793 Liberty Cap design.
