Britain. Celtic Coinage, The Corieltauvi, c. 55-45 BC. Gold Stater (5.91 g) of the reduced weight type. Abstract head right of Apollo. Reverse: Disjointed horse left with sunflower below horse. Van Arsdell 805-9 [as ER]. About Extremely Fine.

Note the greater preeminence of the obverse rectilinear form and the "V"s within the two crescent eyes.
