Abbot & Costello. Legendary comic team of the 1930s, 40s, and 50s. With beginnings in theatre, they initially teamed up with Costello as the clown and Abbott as the straight man. Their "Who's on First?" routine on radio made history. They went on to star in a number films together starting with Buck Privates (1941).
Signed Document. One page, 8 x 11", December 5, 1947. A business agreement addressed to Nathan O. Freedman of Hollywood, regarding the duo's appearance in the United Kingdom on behalf of Moss Empire, Ltd., London.
Both signatures are rendered in blue ink.
