Pair of Cents with Rotated Reverse, 1828 & 1830. Includes 1828 N-1 R1 EDS with reverse rotated 105 degrees CCW VF35+ net VF30 for a small dig over the O in ONE, and 1830 N-3 R3 MDS with the reverse rotated 145 degrees CCW VF35. The 1828 rotation is the first seen. Lot of 2 coins.
