Undated Kennedy half dollar. 65% off center. NGC graded MS-65 65% Off Center. A spectacular major mint error. Struck on a type 2 planchet with upset rim (the final step in planchet making before it is sent to be stamped by the dies), this has IBE of LIBERTY visible with a portion of Kennedy's head and nose visible at the 5 o'clock position on the lower obverse.
