Ireland. Proof Penny, 1822. KM-151. George IV. Copper. Plain edge. Laureate bust of King facing left. Reverse: Ornate Irish harp, date below, HIBERNIA above. Somewhat rarer than the Proof penny of George III, this specimen has only the slightest hint of surface marks. NGC graded Proof 62 Brown.
