1802 S-231 R1 Stemless Wreath. PCGS graded EF-45. Very attractive glossy light to medium chocolate brown fading to darker chocolate brown and steel in protected areas. No spots or stains, only minor contact marks. These include a couple high on the neck and a few more in the field near the bust, none visible without a glass. Nicely struck MDS, Breen state IV, with several fine die cracks at RT in LIBERTY and in the field before the portrait. A very nice example of this popular Stemless Wreath variety. Our grade is VF35 (PCGS # 1476) .
