1854 Liberty Seated Quarter Dollar. NGC graded MS-64. Fully white coin. Desirable two-year Type. A very choice example of this date, the fields being satiny and lustrous, the designs better than average detailed. Soft-edged devices and lettering in some areas are often seen on the 1854-dated quarters; only a small percentage of this year's production is found with enough convincing detail on the rim dentils to be called "bold." Pop 75; 24 finer; 18 in 65; 3 in 66; 3 in 67. (PCGS # 5432) .
