The Famous Colt 1849 Pocket Model. 31 cal serial # 198458, 6 inch barrel with engraved cylinder scene made during the Civil War carried by military as well as civilians on both sides. Marked "Address Col Saml Colt New-York US America". A Very Fine example with silver-plating on the trigger guard.
