1871 Quarter Dollar Octagonal Liberty. Breen and Gillio-771. Low Rarity 6. NGC graded MS-64 PL. Not only is this a very scarce R-6 variety but it happens to be the highest one graded by NGC. The fields are typically prooflike while devices show light frost on them with minor hairlines in the fields as always for these Prooflike pieces. Pop 1; None finer at NGC. The only graded example by the service.
