1856 Half Dollar Round Liberty. Breen and Gillio-434. Low Rarity 4. PCGS graded MS-62. Light golden toning. Semi-prooflike surfaces and very sharp details in the hair and wreath. The dies show detailed care in their manufacture, unlike some Period One issues that are rather more crudely made. Large N below wreath bow. Pop 36; 21 finer (PCGS # 10470) .
