1883 Liberty Seated Quarter Dollar. PCGS graded Proof 64. Gold in the centers with mottled deeper blue around the peripherals. The silvery color is especially vivid underneath the wonderful toning of this handsome Proof from 1883. Because it retains its fresh mirror sparkle, it helps to propel the colorful effects outward with forceful energy. Devices are bold throughout, and only a few very faint hairlines are seen (PCGS # 5584) .
